Prime Minister Stephen Harper announced the appointment of Mr. Justice Russell Brown to the Supreme Court of Canada. Mr. Justice Brown will fill the seat previously occupied by Mr. Justice Marshall Rothstein. The appointment is effective August 31, 2015.
